Shipping policy

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days before they are handed over for delivery.

For Peninsular Malaysia, we aim to deliver within 3 working days. For East Malaysia, we aim to deliver within 8 working days. Delivery timelines do not include weekends and public holidays.

Please ensure your shipping details and contact number are entered correctly at checkout, as incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

Once your order is on the way, you can check its status anytime from the Orders page in your account.

When your parcel arrives, we encourage you to inspect it carefully upon receiving. Taking an unboxing video is also recommended, especially in case you need support with your order. Minor wear to the outer parcel packaging may happen during transit, but your items should remain properly protected inside.

During peak periods, festive seasons, public holidays, or unexpected courier disruptions, delivery may take a little longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
