Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery aims are 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 8 working days for East Malaysia, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status anytime from the Orders page in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. As we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after checkout.
What if I entered the wrong shipping details?
Please contact us at hello@seorae.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, though we may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed.
Return & Support
Do you accept returns or refunds?
For hygiene and product safety reasons, all purchases are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
What if I receive a faulty product?
Please email us at hello@seorae.co within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll review the matter carefully and make the necessary arrangements with you.
Do I need to keep the packaging if there is an issue?
Yes. Please keep the original packaging and product with you while we review the matter.
Should I record an unboxing video?
We recommend checking your parcel upon arrival and taking a short unboxing video, especially in case you need support with your order.
