Refund policy

For hygiene and product safety reasons, all purchases are final, and we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives with a faulty product, please email us at hello@seorae.co within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll look into it carefully and make the necessary arrangements with you.

To help us assist you smoothly, we recommend checking your parcel when it arrives and taking a short unboxing video. Please also keep the original packaging and product with you while we review the matter.

Please note that slight wear to the outer parcel packaging may happen during transit and does not necessarily mean the product inside is affected.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. As we begin processing orders as quickly as possible, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations after checkout.
